PURPOSE:
Client Relations Coordinators ensure that the firm’s Courtesy clients become certified with the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) to be eligible for a Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) claim. In this role, you will contribute to the team’s success by maintaining weekly updates on the progress of your cases. The ability to manage clients’ expectations in obtaining and relaying sufficiency of medical records and submitting proof of presence (POP) documents for Enrollment and Certification in the WTCHP is a key factor to your success in this role. You will be responsible for keeping client files and correspondence organized while following up with clients on a case-by-case basis to ensure they understand the steps in the Health Program and Victim Compensation Fund process. Other communication responsibilities include sending medical documentation to clinics, performing conference calls with the client to third parties, generating and proofreading presence documents, inputting data into our CRM systems, and escalating client requests to the Client Relations Supervisor for attorney review when necessary.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of proof of presence (POP) requirements and WTCHP application procedures
  • Complete assigned tasks, respond to incoming correspondences, and complete other requests promptly
  • Guide clients through the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) application process, submitting successful applications for clients on their behalf and serving as a point of contact for their Enrollment Status
  • Conduct phone calls, emails, and text messages periodically to check on the clients’ health statuses
  • Ensure the proper filing and recording of enrollment applications, medical records, and Certification Letters within our databases (Salesforce, electronic files, OneDrive)
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of WTCHP Certification requirements and procedures
  • Review new policies and provide written communication to clients on upcoming changes to the timeline of their cases
  • Assist clients in obtaining their relevant medical records and initiating Certification Requests with the WTCHP and the NPN, MCA Sedgwick, with the goal of Courtesy Conversion in mind
  • Document updates and serve as a point of contact for Certification questions with support from the Medical Specialist Team
  • Report daily attendance to be reviewed and submitted by the Client Relations Supervisor
  • Collaborate with the Client Relations Supervisor on special projects as assigned
  • Additional duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be available to be at the office or remote daily to ensure tasks are completed
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication, formal writing, and people skills
  • Knowledge of the industry’s legal rules and guidelines related to the VCF & WTCHP
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Salesforce, and various business software
  • Ability to strategize, respond, and adapt to frequent policy changes and solve problems

SALARY :
$60,000 - $65,000
