    Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative Position:

    • You must pass a drug test and background check
    • 3 years of Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
    • IT competent; good typist, proficient with phone systems
    • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
    • You are able to prioritize, effectively manage different scenarios and be a quick thinker
    • You enjoy serving others
    • Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • You are team oriented
    • You have an entrepreneur spirit- you like taking initiative and ownership of your career and personal development
    • You have a flexible schedule and are able to be on-call and work after normal business hours if needed

    Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative Position:

    • Maintain our high customer service satisfaction guarantees
    • Serving 100+ customers per day by handling incoming phone calls & making outbound calls to current customers
    • Answering all customer inquiries in a timely fashion
    • Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments
    • Schedule continuation and follow-up appointments efficiently
    • Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear compelling and personable
    • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
    • Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer concerns quickly and favorably
    • Effectively and accurately operate the client management system; update database with complete and accurate information

    Work Schedule

    • Full-Time, Monday - Friday, the week will consist of:
      • two 10 hour days (8:30am - 7:00pm)
      • two 6 hour days (7:30am - 2:00pm)
      • one 8 hour day (7:30am - 4:00pm/8:30am - 5:00pm)
    • Saturday Rotation (7:00am - 5:00pm)
    • On-Call Saturday rotation (5:00pm - 12:00am)
    • On-Call holiday rotation

    *On-Call shifts are not at the office. A company cell phone and lap top computer will be provided
