Epiq Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims. The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.

• Onsite Phoenix, AZ 85034

• Pay rate: $19/hr - Work Schedule: M-F 9:00 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST - Start Date: ASAP - Training: Training will be for 5 days from 7:00 AM MST - 3:30 PM MST/9:00 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST. Day 5 will be mock calls.

Responsibilities
