    REQUIREMENTS:

    MUST HAVE PRIOR HOTEL OR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE

    MUST be able to work flexible schedule from 6a - 11p, 7 days a week.

    +1 years hotel or travel related industry or call center
    Excellent customer service skills
    Knowledge of Microsoft products – Word, Excel • Knowledge of web based products
    Excellent oral and written skills
    Goal oriented
    Able to obtain Security Clearance
    Be energetic

    Be Customer Service Oriented

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Take inbound calls to make a reservation on either a military base location or offsite location.

    • Answer questions and provide information for callers in regards to location, directions, amenities and services provided to them.

    • Assist callers with questions and concerns on existing reservations and or cancelations. • Coordinate rooming lists for group point of contact.

    • Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.

    • Follow scripts and high end service levels on every interaction with a guest.

    • Any projects assigned by management. 

    We are looking for high end - high energy people that can provide HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE - and we pay excellent for it!  We are currently looking for part time people with a flexible schedule - AVG hours are between 32 and 40 hours per week.  Apply today!  We are looking ASAP!
