Job Summary & Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for accompanying parking customers to the airport and returning the customer car, coordinating the pick-up and delivery of customers, and completing parking logs and associated cash reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Accompany parking customers to the airport and return the customer cars to DTG parking stalls; record stall numbers.
2. Direct customers to available parking spaces in the lot; receive and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
3. Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the parking booth and parking areas.
4. Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of customers with drivers via two-way radio.
5. Monitor lot at all times for security purposes.
6. Manually log all vehicles exiting the lot.

Required Education/Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license as required by state.
