La Macchia Enterprises is growing and looking for talented Customer Care Travel Agent Service Specialists. The enterprise includes The Mark Travel Corporation, Trisept Solutions, and multiple strategic business units. Funjet Vacations is one of our brands.

The Customer Care Travel Agent Service Specialist role is responsible to resolve complex reservation issues promptly to capture the sale to exceed expectations build confidence and retain customers. The purpose is to grow market share and increase profitability by developing a one to one relationship with Funjet's highest producing travel agents.
* Actively sell and service vacation packages, up sell all components of the package.
* Exceed our travel agent's service expectations and build confidence as a single empowered point of contact
* Handle all available communication channels i.e. phone, e-mail, chat, instant messaging
* Align to regional sales structure to support regional accounts
* Provide feedback on issues impacting delivery of end-to-end service
* Proactive communication delivering Funjet brand objectives, promotions and various programs
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Travel industry knowledge or experience
* Customer Service Experience
* Experience in VAX VacationAccess
* Sales - Knowledge of principles and methods for selling products and services including sales techniques and sales control systems.
