We are seeking to hire a full-time, experienced Customer/Technical Support Representative to provide technical customer support to our valued customers, both business and consumer. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customers with subscription and billing inquiries, as well as transactions. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for websites, software and services Required Skills and Experience: 2 or more years of customer support experience including website, web-based software and ecommerce support. Outstanding customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Light Programming skills in HTML Operating system support experience- Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OSX Web browser support experience- Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari Handheld device knowledge a plus- Apple iPad, iPhone, Droid, Amazon Kindle, Sony Reader Excellent communication and presentation skills Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to understand key business drivers and offer workable solutions.
