The ideal candidate will possess the following experiences:
* 1st level - end user phone support experience * Basic PC hardware skills. * Some Knowledge of Linux/UNIX and/or Windows NT/2000 operating systems. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Willingness to work multiple shifts as required * Understanding of networking, SCSI, tape drive, disk drive and RAID technologies is a plus * A background in computer sciences/engineering, and/or computer networking is a plus.
