Technical Business Analyst
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a manufacturer in Shelbyville, KY. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
In that role you will be responsible for software selection, development and implementation into business systems as needed.
Requirements: - Understanding of manufacturing principles; - ERP systems and a formalized project methodology; - Negotiating with potential suppliers and internal customers; - Determining actual needs versus desired needs; - Identifying and resolving conflicts and issues; - Project planning (including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and software testing); - Managing small to mid-sized projects in fast paced organization; - Systems training; - Application troubleshooting; - ERP and Visual Manufacturing support; - Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years relevant experience; and/or combination of education and experience; - Knowledge of Microsoft office, MS Project and Visio; - 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a manufacturing environment; - Ability to work flexible hours as required for after-hours support; - Ability to work independently in a self-managed team environment; - Ability to deliver support within the allotted customer service level agreement; - Strong business acumen and experience implementing software solutions in a multi-site environment; - Experience managing projects using formalized project methodologies; - Understanding of SDLC and RUP methodology; - Experience supporting and implementing business solutions for the ERP Visual Manufacturing platform; - PMP or Business Analyst Certification; - Prior experience developing SharePoint solutions.
