Description
Develop, test and certify network solutions in support of content delivery; perform hypertext transfer protocol(HTTP) caching streaming, domain name system (DNS) and load balancing testing and design for open shortest path first (OSPF) and border gateway protocol (BGP) on Juniper and Cisco content delivery networks (CDN) using Ixia and Spirent technologies in a network application testing environment; optimizing delivery of content delivery network (CDN) service infrastructure for video and large files using Windows Media Service (WMS) and Flash Media Server (FMS) technologies; participate in cloud and network projects; perform 24x7 Tier 4 support for content network solutions; interface with network test teams for certification and inter-operational ability testing; create test plans based on network designs and execute test plans; train operations and deployment teams on new projects and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering and two years experience in hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) caching streaming, domain name system (DNS) and load balancing testing and design for open shortest path first (OSPF) and border gateway protocol (BGP) on Juniper and Cisco content delivery networks (CDN) using Ixia and Spirent technologies in a network application testing environment; and optimizing delivery of content delivery network (CDN) service infrastructure for video and large files using Windows Media Service (WMS) and Flash Media Server (FMS) technologies.
