Purpose:
Architectural leadership is needed for the development of the Chromera Platform. An individual experienced in delivering a large Chromatography Data Handling System (CDS) is a must.
Responsibilities:
* Strong leadership attributes to drive product development completion. * Experienced with Agile techniques, particularly Scrum. * Setting strategic goals and implementing those goals. * Define skill gaps and execution of a plan to fill those gaps. * Manage 3rd party development efforts, Execute on new business opportunities. Successful candidate must model effective group communication and coaching. * Ability to process multiple inputs, summarize, synthesize and communicate decisions to key stakeholders is key * Experience designing applications for end users Job Requirements :

* Must be proficient in C#, C++,.NET * Excellent communication skills * Core capabilities in Personnel and Project Leadership for software programs * Strong experience leading large international teams to deliver product * Strong Architectural understanding and experience in developing large systems requiring real-time hardware interfacing * Experience in developing a large software platform * Experience in leading internal and external software development teams.
