Requirements Lead / SW Dev Analyst 3
Northrop Grumman Technical Services is seeking a mid-level experienced hands-on Requirements resource to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The position will be located in Chantilly, VA. The successful candidate will:
• Serve as the Requirements lead for the program
• Define and document the requirements management processes in accordance with CMMI Level 3 processes and in accordance with client processes
• Ensure that all functional and technical requirements are documented and understandable
• Produce the Requirements Traceability matrix
• Work with client counterpart to resolve requirements related issues and ensure clarity
• Ensure and tracks that all requirements are captured within System Design Documents and included within System Test Scripts and produces the Requirements Coverage Matrix
• Ensure that all requirements have been validated through testing and produces the Requirements Traceability and Verification Matrix
• Play a key role in the identification of scope creep and resulting change request process
• Supports other analytical activities such as testing, as time permits.
Basic Qualifications: Minimum requirements include a Bachelors in Science (Master's preferred) along with at least 5 years experience in a Software Engineering/Development discipline. The qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and possess excellent communication skills. The position may require some travel. The qualified applicant must also have a Secret Clearance and be skilled in the use of the Serena software for tracking requirements.
