Reporting & Analytics Manager
The Customer Managed Relationship or CMR organization is responsible for developing an overall customer centric relationship strategy at a one to one level with a goal to help Guests create the most magical vacation experience possible. To accomplish this objective CMR is able to draw on the inherent strengths of a world class; brand, cast, product and experiences in a highly emotional way. The CMR team collects key information about current and potential guests in both a fun and entertaining way as well as through traditional guest contact points like the Call Center or on our Web site. This knowledge is then used across the entire Parks and Resorts division to make as many interactions as relevant as possible. Ultimately, the goal is to develop a lifelong relationship with the guest on their terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute campaign performance and analysis across various Disney Parks business lines by using base SAS programming skills to extract data from a large data warehouse. Develop insights to optimize campaign performance by employing data mining tools/techniques to discover relationships and patterns utilizing various sources of data. Manage projects with the programming staff to automate reports and analysis.
Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.) * Bachelor?s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent * Proven strong background in SAS and SQL Programming * Demonstrated proficiency with a Windows environment * Demonstrated strong presentation and communication skills * Experience working with data from large scale data warehouse/marts * Demonstrated strong analytical skills utilizing statistical techniques * Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills * Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with data mining methods * Master?s degree/MBA * Campaign Management or Campaign Analyst experience * Proven 3 years of direct marketing experience * Demonstrated strong partnering skills * Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
