Provide leadership and management of DISH Network Subcontractors within a given territory. This includes, but is not limited to ensuring all Subcontractors are; providing a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving DISH Network performance goals and maintaining all DISH Network standards. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of best practices and process improvements which improve the business. This role is responsible for all aspects of DISH Network fulfillment as it relates to Subcontractors within a given territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading, directing and motivating Subcontractors in a given territory whose function it is to install, set-up, troubleshoot & repair DISH Network services and related products
Consistently manage territory to achieve key targets for metrics related to customer satisfaction, cost, performance and other key metrics that support the business objectives
Conduct field inspections on completed & in-progress installations
Review business results and develop improvement plans with all Subcontractors in the territory on a regular basis
Prepare, facilitate and participate in trainings and meetings with Subcontractors and their employees
Responsible for the overall communication of initiatives and achievement of desired results
Identify expedient and comprehensive solutions to performance impacting issues
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with Subcontractors, local GM’s, the corporate office, and others who interact with the Subcontractors in the territory
Act as a liaison between Subcontractors and DISH Network to help resolve or identify issues
Fiscal responsibility for territory relating to Subcontractors
Ensure compliance to all DISH Network company policies for the territory
Travels to meet with Subcontractors, customers, local service centers, and attend company meetings as required (75% travel)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role manages DISH Network Subcontractors for a given territory.The role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this territory.Manages and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include meeting, contracting, and training DISH Network Subcontractors; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, managing contractors per their contract; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, and 2 years of related experience; 5 years related experience, and 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
