The QA inspector inspects incoming parts and assemblies, in-process, and/or completed electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
•Conducts Receiving Inspection by following sampling plans.
• Inspects and tests incoming receivers, LNBFs, switches and other components for cosmetic acceptability and functionality.
• Checks for workmanship, and usability from a functional standpoint.
• Conducts Production Line inspection by sampling finished goods for completeness and functionality.
• Enters test results in database
• Other duties as required.
High School diploma and 4 years experience, AS degree and 2 years experience. Experience includes electronic/mechanical inspection experience, and a thorough knowledge of testing practices and procedures. Employees must also be experienced in QA/QC practices.
