Scope of Work: Positions will provide Federal government agencies with integrated Information Technology (IT) support for evolving needs on a global basis. Positions may provide (A) Infrastructure and related services, (B) Applications and related services, and (C) IT Management Services.
A. Infrastructure includes complete life cycle support for all hardware, software, and services, including planning, analysis, research and development, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, operations and maintenance, information assurance, and final disposition of these components. The services also include administration and help desk functions necessary to support the IT infrastructure (e.g., desktop support, network administration). B. Application Services provide support for all applications and collaborative service capabilities. These services include support for developing and implementing enterprise and departmental-level applications. These applications may be “cross-cutting” in nature, with inter-related service processing components extending across/beyond the enterprise, or unique to a particular agency/department’s mission requirements. Application Services include complete life cycle support, including planning, analysis, research and development, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, operations and maintenance, information assurance, and final disposition. C. IT Management Services provide support for operations and IT resource management requirements along with the foundational support to effectively align IT requirements with Federal government business operations. These services encompass support for all strategic planning, management, and control functions integral to IT initiatives.
Job Description: • Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects. • Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components. • Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for a Government site, facility or multiple locations. • Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources. • Oversees all aspects of projects.
Primary Qualifications • US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check • Capable of demonstrating experience, skills and knowledge to be able to perform quality work performance relating to the job description • Experiences in one or more areas are desirable:
