Payroll Services Clerk/Representative
We are looking for 10 Contract to Hire Payroll Services Representative candidates for a company in the Alpharetta area.
Pay $44,000
Need to be flexible with work schedule
Provide on-going support and technical assistance to assigned ADP Resource client base regarding product/service capabilities and payroll problems.
Assist clients with processing payrolls with a high degree of accuracy while providing superior client service.
Receive telephone service calls from assigned Resource Payroll client base regarding payroll questions/problems.
Resolves issues related to payroll and enhances client's product knowledge ensuring utilization of appropriate processing procedures.
Develops and maintains effective ADP/client communications to ensure client satisfaction and improving client awareness on issues relating to wage, hour and labor laws, thus increasing client retention and limiting ADP's legal liability.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist clients with processing payrolls with minimal errors. Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction and retention.
Utilize a basic awareness of wage and labor laws and special payroll features.
Respond to telephone calls from assigned client base regarding questions/problems ensuring issues are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
Assist other PSRs within the team as needed in handling calls.
Receive assistance from more senior PSRs or the Team Leader if needed.
Provides account management and follow up with decentralized ADP Business units and ensures client is serviced by all ADP business partners in a manner that exhibits World Class Service and excellent surveys in all areas.
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Experience in a payroll, HR/Benefits, accounting and client service capacity with proven proficiencies in basic systems problem resolution through effective interface and communication. Client Service or Call Center experience and previous experience in a 'start up' company environment a plus.
