General Summary:
The sales receptionist position is responsible for handling incoming calls from potential customers. This position will qualify sales leads and assign them to the appropriate sales queue.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Handles incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
Takes initiative and is comfortable making decisions regarding right-channeling customers.
Calls on outbound sales and handles inbound leads to screen for: Eligibility for the Combustion and long tail programs.
Determines the appropriate customer segment for customers to be assigned to in regard to the customer's budget and marketing goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task with several systems.
Must be able to handle a high volume of calls (100 per day).
Must be computer and internet proficient.
Should have an understanding of internet search engines.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related products.
Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems preferred.
Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service position. Retail /customer service experience acceptable.
Self starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
Detail and follow up oriented.
