In this position, you'll be working with the TeleTech management team to operate a world class consumer affairs organization for a large automotive manufacturer. We are looking for someone that has worked in the automotive industry for at least 5 years (10 years preferred) in the capacity of either a service manager or a related position. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with customer warranty issues, complex consumer affairs cases and goodwill requests.

What we're looking for:
• Thorough knowledge of automotive manufacturer and dealer operations
• 5 or more years experience as a Service Manager at a large dealership or in a consumer affairs capacity with a large automaker
• Experience dealing with warranty issues, complex consumer affairs cases and goodwill inquiries
• Technical automotive experience helpful
