The Operations Analyst is responsible for high level review of Dealer Audits.

• In addition to reviewing and investigating new customer activations analyst will review and present complex audit details to the business, compiling information for drawing conclusions, and summarizing the findings for management review. As well as monitor current and newly developed operation policies, procedures, and systems among multiple departments or locations.  Supports audit management and various assignments for Retail Services Audit and Risk Team.
• Assists in the analysis of current processes and procedures in order to make recommendations to promote effective operations within the department Assists in the completion of difficult projects that are broad in nature by following general guidelines.
• Analyst will receive, evaluate, research and resolve issues that are often escalated, while demonstrating independence and the ability to work with minimal supervisory direction to successfully complete the assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• The analyst will be able to communicate audit results in either written or verbal form. Maintains and applies broad knowledge of practices and procedures in area of expertise.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university and one plus years of experience; Associate?s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and three plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluent written/spoken spanish skills.
