Responsible to meet the annual sales and subscriber goals of DISH through Telecom partners by initiating, managing and executing sales and marketing strategies.


Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·         Develops and coordinates professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers within assigned partnerships and/or programs

·         Ability to lead team development, influence, and motivate others

·         Requires a clear understanding of the partner organization or programs; business, systems and processes

·         Recommends business solutions considering partner and/or program needs

·         Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with assigned partnerships and/or programs

·         Developing business strategies that will continue to expand the bundled subscriber base

·         Create and implement both long and short term sales objectives that will meet the needs of the partner and/or program

·         Identify the factors which influence business performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and/or enhance revenue

·         Looks for opportunities for organic growth within the partner organization and/or programs C-level communication skills (including writing, speaking and presentations) required

·         Able to facilitate and provide effectual contribution at c-level meetings of assigned partnerships and/or programs 25% to 50% Travel

·         Manage day to day operations of assigned partnerships and/or programs

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and six plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred. Telecom experience is a plus
