Northrop Grumman Technical Services is seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The qualified candidate will be able to design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment. The Test Manager plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices while providing the test area with parameters for sample testing and specific tests to be performed. Duties include: compiling data and defining changes required with the testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. The candidate will be responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a related field along with at least 9 years experience in a related discipline. The qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and possess excellent communication skills. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen and be eligible for security clearance (Secret or higher preferred). Current DHS Clearance required.
