Job Description : MEDICAL BILLING CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE WE ARE NOT WORKING WITH AGENCIES ON THIS POSITION.
Job Description: We are looking for an articulate and team-oriented individual to join our Medical Billing and Collection Call Center. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high volume environment where the focus is on providing exceptional service. . In this role you will be responsible for fielding all medical billing related communication from our patients, clients and field sales representatives.
Responsibilities: ·
* Respond to inbound patient, client and field sales calls in a timely, sensitive and professional manner. * Resolve and follow patient, client and field sales issues to conclusion; own problem resolution through account research and interpretation. * Escalate caller issues that cannot be resolved at the Representative level to billing management team members. * Document all call history in call logging system to established procedures. * Make required outbound calls as needed to patients and clients. * Update and resubmit claims as needed. * Set up patient payment plans according to established criteria. * Apply insurance updates for accurate claim submissions * Respond to patient and client emails and correspondence within required time frames. * Handle patient and client inquiries via email from company website. * Process credit card payments from patients. Job Requirements: · 1+ Years Customer Service call center experience; medical billing call center experience desirable· Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and phone skills. ·Must be highly reliable and motivated to excel. · Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. · Basic typing, computer skills and data entry experience needed. Medical Billing certificate wledge of insurance and billing codes, EOB interpretation, medical terminology desirable.
