Job Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes and reports on campaigns and offers used by customer save agents (Loyalty) and distributes analysis to key stakeholders across the business.
Monitors and reports to budget on programming and monetary adjustments used to save customers.
Work cross-functionally daily with Loyalty Site Operations Analysts to analyze and report on save offers at a Loyalty agent level.
Collaborate with call center operations, training and executive leadership in order to set goals, implement initiatives, and drive accountability to goals.
Prepares executive-level analysis, reports, and project status overviews for presentation to senior decision-makers within the company.
Develops financial models and reports to monitor key metrics (KPIs), projections and highlight areas of concern and/or opportunity.
Utilizes MS Excel and other modeling tools to generate financial reports and trend analysis.
Provides root cause analysis and drives other analytical projects that will set in motion new retention and revenue initiatives across the company.
Forecasts customer behavior and retention expenditure.
Supports, maintains designs, develops, and trouble-shoots process to improve, advance, or simplify data gathering and or reporting and analytics.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree – preferably Finance and/or Marketing focus and 3-5 years of related professional experience
