Description: This position is with a growing, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to innovation and quality products. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for maintaining effective customer service for clients as well as providing leadership to the customer service team.
. Developing and implementing procedures for efficient operation of customer service;
. Setting performance standards and goals;
. Achieving a high performance customer service team by providing leadership and coaching;
. Addressing customer service issues by working closely with Operations and Engineering;
. Providing effective communication to internal and external customers.
Experience: . 3+ years of experience in manufacturing sales, customer service or technical sales;
. Proven ability to lead people and achieve results;
. Proven skills in problem analysis and resolution;
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
. Computer proficiency.
