Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required Four years of entertainment, technical theater and events knowledge required Four years of technical aspects of events: staging, lighting, audio, event theming and dcor, special effects knowledge Two years of management or supervisory experience Two years of performance/creative knowledge Knowledge of budget development desired Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to communicate across all levels of corporation Excellent Computer skills(excel/word/outlook) Strong leadership abilities and skills in planning, organization, implementation and follow-through Ability to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays. Available for occasional travel. Ability to sit, stand, or walk for periods of up to an hour at a time. Ability to climb stairs, bend, push, pull or occasionally lift items of up to 40 pounds Responsibilities: include the following: (Other duties may be assigned) Manage technical elements and technical support for park entertainment.
