Seeking an energetic; results oriented professional experience manager to continue the development; implementation and governance of Software Development processes and methodologies. This individual will seek to improve the quality; effectiveness and efficiencies to add business value to our IT development initiatives.

Accountabilities:
To manage the Process Governance Group which includes the PPQA - Process and Product Quality Assurance Analysts and EPG - Enterprise Process Group. Responsible for the development, implementation and governance of MST software development processes and methodologies and improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiencies the IT development initiatives.
Skill Summary:
5-7 Years of People Management Experience in the IT industry
Extensive knowledge of Software Development, Process Development and Implementation
Experience with Iterative Process Methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum etc)
Experience managing and working on Cross Disciplinary teams - Program/Project Management; Product Management; Quality Control and Assurance
Experience with IT Audit - Process Compliance and Sarbanes Oxley, GIT
Experience with Strategic Planning and Organizational Change
Experience with implementation processes or introducing new methodologies into an organization
Familiarity with CMMI or similar methodologies
Software - Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
