Lead Customer Service Representative
Distributor of children school uniforms has an immediate opening for a Lead Customer Service Representative or a Customer Service Supervisor. Candidate mt have a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment. Qualified candidate will work in a fast paced customer service environment and must be detail oriented. Qualified candidate will be responsible for overseeing 1 customer service representative. Qualified candidate will be responsible for the following job duties:
Verifying the accuracy of all orders
Overseeing 1 customer service representative
Answering a high volume of telephone calls
Processing orders - will be responsible for heavy data entry
Issuing RMA's
Following up with shipments and communicating with clients regarding orders
Working with EDI to process orders
Requirements:
To be considered for the position, candidate must have the following qualifications:
Must have 2+ years experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment
Must have 2+ years experience in a Lead or Supervisory role in customer service
Must have strong attention to detail
Have excellent communication skills
Must have intermediate experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
EDI experience is a plus
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
