Inside Sales Manager
Manages the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts for a division.
Responsibilites include:
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs.
Ensures the execution of company standards as they relate to the sales department.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Directly responsible for exempt/non-exempt staff.
Is responsible for the performance of subordinates.
Makes recommendations to superiors regarding hiring, terminations, decisions, training and discipline.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and one plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
