DISH Network has an employment opportunity for individuals with energy, intellect, and the need to achieve as an Inside Sales Account Manager. The job is responsible for communicating DISH services, prices, promotions and support general operations to retailer base, in addition to:
Maintain a working knowledge of all policies, promotions and procedures. This includes items such as: current promotions, retailer commissions, Co-op program, warranty & service, programming and installation.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of DISH Network products, and the video delivery industry from continued education, training, and self-education
Comprehensive understanding of all features and functions for products sold by DISH Network.
Maintain a working knowledge of the Retailer Care Site features and functions. The ability to demonstrate and communicate care site features.
Review in detail, all Corporate and Regional documentation. Be fully accountable for the information contained within all Facts Blast, Press Releases, and e-mails.
Through a solid business relationship, assist retailers to meet and exceed activation and retention goals.
Work with manager to increase business by developing an effective out call program for existing and potential customers.
Responsible for the long term development of accounts with focus on over the phone training, implementing marketing plans, consistent follow-up with outbound calls to ensure that retailers understand Dish Network products, promotions, policies and procedures.
Support retailers with helpful tips on ordering protocol, advertising, sales techniques and inventory management.
Assist outside Sales team with setting up new points of distribution.
Analyzing competitive landscape and retailer trends in assigned market(s)
Work with Inside Sales Manager to develop operational efficiencies in regards to the ordering process.
Assist with local retailer events as needed.
Processing orders and troubleshoots basic issues in a timely manner.
Collect competitive and market information and provide to sales management and staff
Other duties as assigned
