Help Desk/Call Center Supervisor
The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for assisting the manager with daily operations, interviewing, training and coaching team members. The supervisor will also assist and participate in the implementation of new call center and customer IT systems.
Skills:
-Excellent communications skills
-Ability to Multi-task and change priorities as needed
-Self - Starter and avid learner
-Previous Programming (Visual Basic) and familiarity with SQL databases highly desirable
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree - preferably in Computer Science or Related Discipline
-Six years work experience
-Three or more years of supervisory experience and knowledge of HR practices preferred
-One year of experience must be in a call center of help desk environment.
Compensation: $45,000 - $50.000
