Head Chef – Kalamazoo The Entertainment District in downtown Kalamazoo is seeking a Head Chef to join our team. If you are a Sous Chef with a proven track record and are ready to take the next step in your career, or are currently a Head Chef looking for a dynamic environment that will allow you to showcase not only your culinary skills but your kitchen management proficiency as well, we want to speak with you. The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate the following-
Consistently execute a high quality product. Demonstrate exceptional management skills in food costing and labor scheduling. Lead by example by creating a professional kitchen environment with your team.
Candidates with employment longevity and experience using spreadsheets and computer applications to manage costing and reporting will be considered foremost. Evening and weekend availability required. Current ServeSafe Certification a plus.
Paid meals, monthly bonuses, and above market hourly rate available for the right person.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
