What will be your job
No Telemarketing involved! You will receive phone calls from American customers and will professionally answer simple questions about the services and products they already have. As easy as it sounds! No previous experience required, we teach you everything you need to know!
We will highly value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of MS-Office products: Mail, Word & Excel
• Telephone courtesy skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all employees
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months work experience in customer service will be considered especially
• Ability to work varied shifts; availability to work weekends and holidays
