The Executive Director of a Country Meadows facility is responsible for creating and maintaining a residential environment that is welcoming, home-like, safe, and supportive. They promote a team approach to resident services leading the team members to contribute their talents in the most effective way. A successful Executive Director demonstrates high customer satisfaction and high co-worker morale and productivity while meeting regulatory requirements and financial targets.

Requirements:
Customer Service experience, good with families, interacts well, coaching and mentoring management style, needs to be involved, high energy, motivated, provides good support to Campus Executive Director.
