The Documentation Specialist develops and releases effective technical documentation for multiple Dish Network business groups into the Agile document control system.
Develops Engineering Change Requests (Deviations) and ECOs as required.
Reviews and releases other peoples documentation.
Defines and modifies product structures.
Tracks and reports on outstanding Deviations and ECOs.
Train others on documentation skills.
Develops, maintains, and continuously improves departmental procedures.
Interfaces with project managers, business analysts, developers, architects, and users during all phases of system analysis: testing, training, and deployment.
Provides user support as necessary.
Other duties as required.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and four years or more of instructional design or technical writer experience in a systems oriented environment.
