Our client, a progressive, fast growing $200mm company in South Florida is aggressively seeking a Director of Online Marketing to take ownership and build a powerful internet marketing team. As a traditional “Big Agency” outsourcer, this is an exciting and highly visible opportunity, bringing all aspects of web marketing “in house”.
In this position you will use your strong knowledge, technical ability and proven track record of producing results in both paid and organic search. Qualified candidate will have a proven track record of strategically organizing campaigns which include: e-mail blasts, banner ads, link building, Content creation, landing pages, and much more to drive traffic and generate quality leads. For consideration you must have a strong understanding of web analytics, as well as, A/B testing. Our client has grown more than 300% y/y for the last 2 year and has aggressive growth objectives for 2012.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of SEO, SEM, & PPC experience in a competitive space and have held a leadership position. Our ideal candidate will have strong “hands on” ability within all web marketing components. Technical experience in achieving page 1 rankings in a highly competitive B2C environment, as well as, maximizing a $500k + monthly PPC budget. It’s imperative to success in this role that you are able to create a strategic plan while assembling your team.
As a Subject Mater Expert, you will be given the opportunity to evaluate performance of prior campaigns, make recommendations and build your team (estimated at 8-10 FTE’s) with an annual in excess of $8m. Applicants must be familiar with white hat SEO tactics and possess strong technical SEO knowledge, including the use of Web/Google Analytics to evaluate and measure the successes of multiple, simultaneous web campaigns. A 4 year degree in Marketing or related field is strongly preferred.
Relocation assistance is available for a true SEO “rock star” and compensation includes a generous six figure base salary, comprehensive (company paid) benefit package and bonus potential far beyond the industry standard.
