Process customer orders
Resolve issues utilizing a complex information system, excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, thinking/reasoning skills, and a high level of individual discretion to ensure outcomes of customer satisfaction and Thomson Reuters North American Legal division's success.
Accountable for meeting and maintaining established metrics and goals including, but not limited to, Availability, eQuality, Quality, and Productivity.
The Customer Experience group provides customer service to Thomson Reuters North American Legal customers. Thomson Reuters is a global leader in providing essential information to the world's businesses and professionals in Law, Financial Services, Tax & Accounting, Media, Healthcare and Scientific Research.
The teams' objectives are to provide timely, accurate and value-adding Customer Service to all internal, external and potential Customers. These teams are responsible for managing all Customer contact via phone, fax, mail and email, supporting field sales, and timely, efficient and precise processing of requests for all Customer product purchases and subsequent required changes or cancellations to Customer subscriptions.
Qualifications
Four year degree preferred or 2 years post high school education
Previous customer service experience, minimum 2 years
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to recognize the need for queries to be escalated
Attention to detail
Must be able to communicate at all levels with all constituencies - external/internal customers & senior management
High degree of problem solving (essential)
