Computer Design & Service, a locally owned computer store in Boca Raton Florida, is seeking a full time experienced computer technician. Candidates must possess excellent customer relations skills and technical service abilities. Responsibilities Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop computers. Install and repair operating systems and other software Configure and maintain network equipment Build computer per customer specifications Check in/out computers, sell computer parts, and other customer service duties Requirements 1 year or more of professional computer hardware experience 1 year or more retail experience A+ Certification required. Microsoft certification a plus. Knowledgeable in Windows software and hardware. MAC skill a big plus. Must be able to work full time including evening and weekend shifts Excellent Customer service skills a must Spanish, Portuguese, or other foreign language is a plus.
