Job Responsibilities Include : Ability to train and motivate a 5 to 7 person Sales Team to achieve objectives using a clearly defined and documented sales process. Ability to manage production of a team of Massage Therapists to optimize Productivity and maintain Client Service Standards. Must have excellent Customer Service and Communications skills. Must be results oriented and meet monthly sales goals. Ability to work flexible days and hours. Must have good attention to detail with ability to execute administrative tasks. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Responsible for maintaining a professional and impeccable clinic environment for members, guests and employees. We are looking for Friendly, Outgoing and Enthusiastic people who enjoy working with customers and creating high customer service levels. We are looking for someone who likes to be rewarded for doing things the right way and meeting high standards of accomplishment. Previous experience in Retail or Membership Sales and providing excellent customer service preferred. Unlimited growth potential for top achievers, including Business Ownership. Experience : Sales and Management experience in a service or retail industry preferred. The ability to effectively train and motivate a sales team and also communicate with members and guests regarding membership benefits, clinic policies and procedures. Compensation & Benefits : Hourly wage plus commission & bonus: $12.00 Base/Hr. plus Sales Commissions and $1,000 monthly Performance Bonus.
