| Imperial Manufacturing Group - IMG , located in Richibucto New Brunswick , is a leader in galvanized duct-pipe and fittings, heat care products, steel studs and accessories, air filters and aluminum railing, with operations at various locations in North America. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our head office located in Richibucto, NB. Responsibilities would include: Assist customers with inquiries such as pricing and deliveries Research the discrepancies Receipt and comprehension of orders Responsible for confirming customer pricing Providing accurate information to clients Work closely with contractors, consumers, vendors and agents Receive and assess orders in terms of specifications and construction plans Enter orders in the order entry system for production and delivery Qualifications: 2-3 years related experience in customer service Basic computer skills Pricing knowledge Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Detailed orientation and able to meet deadlines Bilingualism is required Solid interpersonal skills Experience using an ERP system (Oracle) an asset Excellent knowledge of products Excellent communication, detailed orientation and able to meet deadlines Please forward your application, quoting competition number CSR0721-CB , no later than July 30/2010 to Mike Poirier in strict confidence by e-mail to We wish to thank all candidates for their interest.
