Position Summary

Our client a very busy manufacturer in NH is searching for an independently driven Customer Service Representative to join their elite team. The successful candidate will provide Customer Relations on a select number of assigned accounts and will be accountable for all phases of the customer ordering process to ensure the highest level of order fulfillment. You will be responsible for managing the results of a fulfillment metric established by the customer, as well as additional data. You will be involved in close communication with internal and external customers so the use of discretion and independent judgment  is required.

Position Responsibilities:

• As the dedicated Account Rep. assigned to high-profile Customers, maintain working knowledge of all details of the account
  
• Work in conjunction with other company departments as needed to identify customer areas of concern, and suggest improvements as they relate to the order fulfillment process
  
• Maintain a database of delivery discrepancies to support credit memos
  
• Manage liquidation of mis-shipped product to minimize product destruction
  
• Direct the companies distribution team to ensure product is properly picked/filled/held for customers
  
• Lead and/or participate in regular planning meetings with a cross functional team
  
• Represent Customer Service at selected company
  
• Document need-to-know information and meet with the Customer Service Team at regular intervals for knowledge share
  
• Coordinate the internal process for donated product, including working with members of teams to supply product to marketing/sales events as needed, monitoring product availability, entering orders into the system, and coordinating fulfillment with distribution and transport
  
• Reduce expenses at  companies distribution centers by selling or moving additional product to liquidation customers
  
• Manage orders using ERP system
  
• Act as a direct liaison with Sales, Trade Management, Transportation, etc
  
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
  
• 5+ years prior customer service or related experience
  
• Must possess a high level knowledge of the Customer business environment
  
• Proven ability to manage accounts to Customer expectations
  
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  
• Proficient in Windows
  
• ERP system experience preferred
