Summary of Position We are looking for a bright, friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to support both our sales staff and our strategic partners. You should be detail-oriented and enjoy performing a variety of duties on the computer. Qualifications and Experience 1-2 years Customer Service/Order Entry Microsoft Outlook Order entry using Microsoft CRM (or similar software) Working knowledge of MS-Word Ability to search for and find information on the internet Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills Good verbal and written communication Positive, team-oriented attitude Excellent keyboard skills Ability to start work at 6:30 AM International language skills a plus Responsibilities Customer Service: Assist customers (via phone and email) with order and product-related questions regarding part numbers, pricing, basic product features, order confirmation, product availability, returns, and more. Redirect Calls: Hand off customers to Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Technical Support as needed. Order Entry: Input orders into the Microsoft CRM database in a timely and accurate manner. Work with Shipping Department to handle special requests and schedule large quantity shipments. Communicate with Accounting Department regarding orders from delinquent accounts. Customer Account Data Entry: Maintain data integrity within our CRM database by updating existing customer accounts and entering new account information for each customer you have contact with. Sales/Marketing Support and Administration: Support Marketing and perform Sales assistant functions as needed. File customer orders, contracts, and agreements. Compensation Start between $12 and $14 per hour, depending on your past experience and qualifications.
