Position Description As a customer service representative, you'll be the voice of an online travel product. You love working with people, and think of solving problems as an opportunity rather than a challenge. You have a keen attention to detail, and believe that a personal touch and dedication can create a flawless customer experience. You're flexible, and are excited about the prospect of working in a start up environment and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
Provide front-lines phone and email support for travelers Creative problem solving to find the best possible outcome for the customer and the business Assist customers with all aspects of their travel plans, including managing their membership, providing clarity on product offerings, and answering questions to inspire confidence in the product Work closely with Customer Service Manager to iterate on customer service systems and provide suggestions for improvement through reporting and data Assist with competitive analysis, account management, site production, and administrative duties Assist with training of new staff
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Able to work a flexible schedule Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high comfort level taking inbound customer service calls High enthusiasm and interest working directly with customers and solving customer problems Experience in and comfortable with a very fast paced environment Experience communicating directly with customers - via phone preferred Strong organization skills and attention to detail Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong proficiency with Internet-based applications and Microsoft office You must have a sense of humor & enjoy working in a team environment we have fun at work!
