Job Description:

Our residential customer service representatives work with customers to ensure that we continue to provide world class service. Our position is a little different. We fully train you and you will talk with clients on a daily basis to set appointments for our comfort advisors to meet with them in their home. No experience is necessary. A “whatever it takes” attitude is what you will need.

Can you multi-task? Is the computer an extension of your hands? Can you handle multiple projects at one time while remaining very polite to customers over the phone? Are you driven by the challenge of doing things right and making a difference? If this sounds like you, then we need to talk. We are looking for someone like you who is great at working with customers.

M-F 12 noon – 8 p.m. (Time is slightly negotiable)
