Overview:
Furniture and Bedding Customer Service Representatives respond to inbound telephone calls relating to furniture and bedding deliveries, delivery damage issues, and warranty service needs. They also work a variety of reports that support furniture and bedding services. As a subsidiary of Macy's Department Stores, Inc. we provide superior service to our Macy's and Bloomingdale's stores.
Key Accountabilities:
Receive incoming calls regarding delivery and warranty issues while viewing and updating delivery information
Assist sales associates with delivery or warranty issues
Resolve credit inquiries related to Furniture and Bedding issues
Cross train in all back-line functions
Skills Summary:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Excellent customer service, problem solving, analytical, decision-making, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills required
Computer keyboarding and navigational skills required
