ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY In this position, you will be responsible for customers and potential participants with the navigation and use of the Univita Living website, while understanding and identifying the customers' needs in order to recommend and suggest Univita Living products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Compassionately field incoming calls and day-to-day activities for Univita Living customers and potential participants including, but not limited to:
* o Initialize, assist, and establish Univita Living personal sites for customers
* o Provide navigation and site-use assistance to customers regarding the Univita Living website, which includes password resets
* o Provide customers with technical and understandable information to answer questions concerning Univita Living products and services
* o Strategically and consultatively assist customers with the ordering and purchasing of Univita Living Expert Services
* o Process electronic and credit card payments for the purchase of Univita Living Expert Services
* o Provide customers with status updates of all purchases and credits
* Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling customer questions and personal information including, but not limited to:
* o Credit card and/or banking data and information
* o Financial, personal, medical and/or health-history information for customers and family members
* Utilize multiple Univita-specific database platforms to input, access, and follow-up on customer information and activity.
* Process electronic payments with customer credit cards for Univita Living service add-ons and reconcile daily financial transactions.
* Provide ongoing, compassionate, and proactive customer support to all Univita Living customers.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
* Combined 5+ years of proactive experience serving the customer on a professional level from the following categories:
* o Technical support, technical assistance, medical field, geriatric field, and/or nursing home
* 2+ years of call center experience
* Great understanding of technology with the ability to provide support to technological applications (Droid apps, iPhone apps, Facebook, etc.)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Bilingual in English in Spanish preferred
