Position Details Job Location:: Bloomington - MN Job Title: Retail Customer Service / Greeter Required Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED 1 to 3 years of Retail Store experience. Stores are open 7-days a week, scheduling flexibility is a must including nights and weekends. Job Duration: 3+ Months Job Responsibilities: Greeter Position, Meaning minimal sales. Greet and direct traffic of the floor. First contact for meeting and greeting customers as they enter the store, directing them to appropriate sales representatives. Helping with service related functions within the Store including billing related inquiries and issues,processing bill payments,processing credits, entering orders and activating service. Assisting with stock replenishment and general store projects as needed. Required to provide exceptional service that builds customer satisfaction and encourages customers to remain with the store. Retail experience is required, must be flexible with retail hours and ability to stand all day long. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to multi-task in fast paced team environment Computer proficiency. Location: Bloomington - MN Compensation: $10/hr This is a contract job. Principals only.
