Customer Service Representative Full Time Golden Valley, MN Premier Salons, one of the leaders in the spa/salon industry with approximately 900 locations in the United States and Canada, is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative who will perform professional level responsibilities in support of our Risk Management department. PREMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to initial customer service calls/emails and carry through to a positive resolution with minimum supervision. Document, organize and regularly report on customer service activity. Work with salon/spa management in resolving in-location disputes. Take initial reports and begin preliminary investigations in low-level customer injury claims. Provide support when necessary, including file assembly, reports and preparing cases for litigation. Other duties as assigned including special projects and annual tasks. JOB REQUIREMENTS 2-5 years experience in a dispute/conflict resolution Customer Service position preferred. Ability to positively interact with emotionally charged and upset customers on a daily basis. Proficiency of Windows-based software and use of MS-Office software. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience with an AS400 or equivalent system a plus.
