We're looking for a highly talented Full-time or Part-time, Customer Care Representative to join our growing call center team. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting customers with general service inquiries, account changes, billing information and technical issues and offering our outstanding products to new and existing resenting Imon Communications in a positive, professional and ethical manner; working to exceed customer's expectations while minimizing need for further ing ownership and accountability that serves to help and facilitate successful outcomes per customer moting and recommending Imon products and services based on a logical relationship to the customer's needs and interests and in accordance with business onstrating the ability to analyze and solve problems regarding billing, service or sales onstrating punctuality and consistent attendance. Requirements:High School degree or equivalent plus at least 1 year customer service experience in a high-contact, service-related ellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise ellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a ic listening skills with demonstrated ability to obtain key information to assess customer needs and resolve service t be able to work a flexible schedule. Regular shift will fall between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday through Friday.
