Responsibilities include: Answering and documenting all incoming support calls, emails and web chats from IDT erstanding and executing various process flowsAssisting customers through the ordering processDeveloping a thorough knowledge of IDT products and providing technical recommendations to customers for product usage and advantages. The representative serves as a contact for customers on technical and service-related problems, gives guidance on the ordering and product design process on the IDT website, and provides pre and post sales technical support to IDT customers. Must develop technological and product expertise within one or more key business areas while staying up to date in all of the company's business lifications include: A four-year degree in a science related field and/or experience in either a science or customer service field is preferredMust be highly organized with good computer and multi-tasking skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner with customers, employees and all levels of managementMust have a strong attention to detailThe ability to learn quickly and also to work over 40 hours a week as neededMust be able to lift of up to 25 lbs.
